My AI-Powered Content Workflows for Mersive

I developed and implemented a repeatable AI workflow that allowed me to scale content creation across formats without sacrificing brand standards. I led in researching, testing, and refining long-form prompts that could turn raw input into publish-ready content in a fraction of the time.

My focus was building a system that allowed us to go faster while still writing content that converted, informed, and sounded like Mersive.

  • A prompt refinement process that used strong brand examples to improve output

  • A review system using AI detection tools to ensure publish-ready results

  • A full workflow that could output blogs, SEO metadata, and multiple social assets from one prompt

How I Worked

  • Created highly customized prompts that balanced keyword goals with tone and voice

  • Edited all AI content manually, ensuring it met our brand guidelines and passed AI content detectors

  • Read and reviewed every word before publishing, keeping full accountability for quality and alignment

  • Iterated on prompts to add SEO metadata and multi-format social posts in a single run

  • Used AI to transform video transcripts into natural, optimized blog content with gated forms

  • Achieved 95% AI-detector compliance after manual editing

  • Produced high-performing content at scale without offloading to contractors or lowering quality

What I Learned

A is a creative accelerator. When used intentionally, it allowed me to move faster without lowering the bar for brand voice, SEO quality, or clarity. The time I saved on first drafts gave me more time to focus on structure, optimization, and overall campaign performance. With more time and support, I would have expanded the system to include prompts for lead magnets, customer success assets, and targeted sales enablement.
