I wrote web, social, and email copy for Engrain’s new website design. The goal was to create a cohesive content set, including web, email, and social. It needed to inform current users and prospects while reflecting the brand's voice. I delivered a multi-channel campaign concept, segmentation strategies, and notes on rollout timing and UX. I went above and beyond, adding visual mockups.
