A Branded Podcast from Scratch 🔨
The idea wasn’t just to start a podcast. It was to create a repeatable system that gave the brand a voice in the market and made IntelePeer’s SMEs accessible.
Within 30 days, I launched IntelePeer’s podcast from concept to publication.
The podcast opened up a new way to discuss complex topics, without relying on long-form blog posts. It gave me a fresh source of material to repurpose across channels.
If the program had continued under my lead, I had plans in place to:
Automate the episode pipeline with templates and checklists
Promote more audio clips for social
Tie episodes back to content and campaigns
The result was a process the team could use long-term. No bottlenecks or guesswork.
What I Learned
A strong process doesn’t limit creativity. It protects it. By adding the necessary structures for a streamlined workflow, we were able to move fast, stay aligned, and create content that worked harder across the funnel.
