Tebo—In and Out of Store
At Tebo Store Fixtures, I bridged the gap between digital marketing and operations. My role was to transfer the in-store experience online and create systems that made marketing feel like a business driver, not an afterthought.
There was early success with eCommerce listings and local spotlight campaigns, but the biggest shift came from better internal alignment. I introduced weekly “Smarketing” meetings to connect Sales and Marketing, and we finally started working toward shared goals. 🤝

How I Worked

Designed and executed campaigns that turned one-time buyers into long-term customers
What I Learned 🛒
By aligning with Sales and building intentional workflows, I helped create a feedback loop that turned individual purchases into ongoing relationships. That mindset continues to influence how I structure content, email, and team collaboration today.
